【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments.5.1.1Incaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultsusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthelaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimenswhichareashomogeneousaspossibleandwhicharefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Theaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingappropriatestatisticalanalysisandaprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingbegins.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orthepurchaserandsuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.Thistestmethodisusedforthedeterminationoftheamountsofnaturallypresentoilyorwaxyimpuritiesthathavenotbeencompletelyremovedfromtextilesmadefromanimalfibers,andforthedeterminationoftheamountsofoilyorwaxyfinishingmaterialsappliedtorawmaterialsortextilesduringmanufacture.See3.1.1,extractablematter.Thetestmethodmaybeusedasastepinthedeterminationofthecommercialweightoffiber,yarn,andtextileshipments.TheInternationalWoolTextileOrganizationspecifiestheuseofahalogenatedhydrocarbon,dichloromethane,alsocalledmethylenechloride(CH2Cl2)insteadofthesolventspecifiedinthistestmethod(IWTO-10-62(E)).Extractablesbymasslossisfrequentlyusedfortextileswhichhavearelativelylargeamountofextractablematerialtoeffectasignificantmasschange.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminingtheextractablematerialonmostfibers,yarns,andfabrics.Threeoptionsareincluded.Option1usesheatandSoxhletextractionapparatus.Option2usesroomtemperatureandextractionfunnels.Option3useseitherOption1orOption2extractionbutprovidesforcalculationofextractablematterfromthelossinmassofthematerialduetotheextractionratherthantheextractablematterresidue.Note1Otherstandardsforthedeterminationofextractablematterintextilesmadeofspecificfibersinclude:SpecificationD541,SpecificationD681,andTestMethodD1574.1.1.1Thesolventsforuseinthismethodareanysolventsthatthepartyorpartiesconcernedagreedon;suchas,HalogenatedHydrocarbon(HH)chloroform,tetrachloroethane,alcohol.1.1.2Thistestmethodmaynotextractcross-linkedfinishesorresinswhichmaybeonthetextile.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSections6and7.
