【摘要】:Thispracticecoverstheequipmentandproceduresforobtainingarepresentativesampleofspecificationliquefiedpetroleumgas(LPG),suchasspecifiedinSpecificationD1835,GPA2140,andcomparableinternationalstandards.Itmayalsobeusedforothernaturalgasliquid(NGL)productsthatarenormallysinglephase(NGLmix,fieldbutane,andsoforth),definedinotherindustryspecificationsorcontractualagreements.Thispracticeisnotintendedfornon-specificationproductsthatcontainsignificantquantitiesofundissolvedgases(N2,CO2),freewaterorotherseparatedphases,suchasraworunprocessedgas/liquidsmixturesandrelatedmaterials.Thesameequipmentcanbeusedforthesepurposes,butadditionalprecautionsaregenerallyneededtoobtainrepresentativesamplesofmulti-phaseproducts(seeAppendixX1).Thispracticeincludesrecommendationsforthelocationofasamplepointinalineorvessel.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoensurethatthesamplingpointislocatedsoastoobtainarepresentativesample.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
