【摘要】:1.1Thisisatestmethodformeasuringsurfacetemperaturesattainedbymicrowaveinteractivepackagingandcookingaids(thatis,susceptors).Itisusefulformeasuringsusceptor/foodinterfacetemperaturesduringmicrowavepreparationoffoodswithsusceptor-basedpackaging,heatingpads,andcrispingsleeves,etc.Itmayalsobeusedtomeasurethetemperatureofasusceptorexposedtoextractivestestingorinaliquidextractioncelltobeusedfornonvolatileextractivestesting.Thelatterproceduresareperformedtoestablishtestconditionsforconductingextractionandmigrationstudiesusingtemperatureversustimeprofilesapproximatingthoseforactualmicrowavepreparationoftheproduct.1.1.1SeveralofthestepsofthistestmethodaretakendirectlyfromTestMethodF1308whichgivesextractiontestingproceduresforsusceptors.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
