【摘要】:ThispartofISO19901specifiesrequirementsforcontrollingtheweightandcentreofgravity(CoG)bymeansofmassmanagementduringtheengineeringandconstructionofstructuresfortheoffshoreenvironment.Theprovisionsareapplicabletooffshoreprojectsthatincludestructuresofalltypesandmaterials.ThispartofISO19901differentiatesbetweenprojectswhereconsiderationswithregardtoweightandCoGhaveahighpriorityasaresultofweightand/orCoGsensitivity,andprojectswhereweightandCoGareoflittleconsequence.Thisdifferentiationhasbeenmadebytheintroductionofthreedifferentclassesofstructure(ClassA,ClassBandClassC).Dependingonthedegreeofcontrolnecessary,differentclausesofthispartofISO19901willapply;Clause4providesguidelinesforassigningoneoftheseclasses.ThispartofISO19901—specifiesqualityrequirementsforreportingofweightsandcentresofgravity,—specifiesrequirementsforweightreporting,—providesabasisforoverallprojectstatusreportsormanagementreportsforallclasses,—specifiesrequirementsforweightandloadbudgetsforoffshoreinstallations,—specifiesthemethodsandrequirementsfortheweighingofmajorassemblies,andthedeterminationofweightandcentreofgravity,—specifiesrequirementsforweightinformationfromsuppliers,includingweighingofequipmentandbulkmaterialsforoffshoreinstallations;andmaybeused—asabasisforplanningandpresentationofthecontractor'sweight-reportingsystem;—asabasisforevaluationofthecontractor'sweight-reportingsystem;—asameansofrefiningthestructuralanalysis/model;—asacontractreferencebetweentheorderingclientandthecontractor;—asabasisforcosting.
